How does it work?

  1. Simply give us a call on 01388 764808 to request a claim pack.
  2. We will send you a simple questionnaire in relation to your whole of life insurance complaint and a letter called a ‘letter of authority’. This allows us to deal with your insurance provider in relation to your complaint and claim for compensation.
  3. You will need to give us copies of your whole of life insurance policies. If you do not have your original documents, we can ask your insurance provider for copies. To do this, we’ll need a cheque for £10.
  4. Once we receive your letter of authority, one of our team will contact you to discuss your concerns in more detail. We will then progress your complaint to your whole of life insurance provider, keeping you informed every step of the way.
  5. There is no cost to you and you get to keep 100% of any whole of life insurance settlement.
