How Does It Work?
We work on a no win-no fee basis. We don't charge any upfront fee for reclaiming your credit card charges.
You only need to provide a cheque for £10 for each credit card provider, as this is the amount they charge for providing us with your statements.
Once you've officially given us the go ahead, we can obtain your statements, analyse your charges and concentrate on getting your money back to you as soon as possible.
If we're successful in your credit charges claim, our fee is just 20% of the total amount recovered.

- We will then send you a simple credit charges claims pack with some forms for you to fill in. These allow us to manage your credit card/store card charges claim on your behalf.
- Once we've received your completed pack, we do all the hard work for you.
- After you're credit charges claim has been settled, we will arrange for the unfair charges to be paid back to you, minus our fee of 20% of the total amount.
